REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for ‘change of mind’ purchases.
 
Before purchasing your product, please carefully read through the description on the product page to understand the dimensions and specification, and review all images of your piece. Please also refer to the Care Guide on our website for how to look after our beautiful pieces once they have found their new home.
 
DAMAGED ITEMS
All of our products are carefully checked and packaged to ensure they are delivered to you in their intended condition. However if you believe that you have received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@aardecollective.com.au so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
 
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include images of the damages.
HANDMADE PRODUCTS
As all of our products are handmade and uniquely ‘one of a kind’ some items may differ slightly from the images or sizes shown on our website.
 
Minor irregularities in shapes, colours, surfaces and finishes are not to be considered imperfections, rather part of the natural intended character of our items.
 
If you choose to purchase any of these items from us, you acknowledge that you are aware of the aesthetic character that comes handmade products and that you are unable to return or request a replacement from a change of mind.
VINTAGE, RECYCLED & REPURPOSED PRODUCTS
Our vintage, recycled and repurposed products convey the beauty of their past and carry that story with them on their next journey. These pieces have natural tonal and textural variations and may display some wear & tear or minor imperfections, which we feel only further adds to their character and beauty! 
 
If you choose to purchase any of these items from us, you acknowledge that you are aware of the aesthetic character that comes with this and that you are unable to return or request a replacement from a change of mind.

NATURAL STONE
Natural stone is a wondrous material sourced directly from the earth.
As no two pieces of stone are alike, please expect some natural tonal variation amongst our stone pieces.
Some stones are also quite delicate and given the handmade nature of our products, small chips and imperfections may be present. This only adds to the uniqueness of the product, helping us to embrace the handmade nature and our brand essence.
 
Please be aware that natural stone is a porous material. Regular cleaning with a warm damp cloth with a gentle soap will help maintain the beauty of your product. 
 
Strong coloured and acidic foods, as well as alcohol, vinegar and strong cleaning products can be absorbed into the stone and will cause a stain. If you would like to consider treating your natural stone with a sealer or need help removing a stain please get in touch and we can point you in the right direction.
